As part of the investment "Modernization of the Chocianowice Tram Depot", comprehensive security systems and telecommunication infrastructure were implemented for the tram depot facilities in Łódź.
The scope of work included the implementation of an access control system (AC) based on an open architecture with central management, enabling integration with other security systems of the facility. The system provides access control to internal and external areas of the depot, including road and track entries, using proximity cards and long-range identification.
The installation was integrated with the CCTV video monitoring system, allowing for the correlation of access control events with image recording and real-time verification of the situation at the facility.
As part of the implementation, a fire alarm system (FAS) was also installed, ensuring early detection of fire hazards and transmission of alarm signals to the facility's master systems.
Additionally, low-current installations, structured cabling, and a fiber optic network were established, ensuring reliable communication between the distribution points of the security systems.
The systems were designed with high scalability, fault tolerance, and autonomous operation in case of loss of connection with the servers in mind.
The entire project was covered by as-built documentation and handed over to the user along with training for the technical staff.
HEIMAT was founded as a result of 25 years of experience of its founders who are involved in production logistics, design, planning and execution of low voltage systems.
